Time management is very much important in IIT JAM. The eduncle test series for IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics helped me a lot in this portion. I am very thankful to the test series I bought from eduncle.

Answer is 256. This comes from a formula that is 4^n. Here 4 is the number of nucleotides. n = number of base Sequences after which it Will repeat. So, 4^4 is 256. 4*4*4*4 = 256 _ _ _ _ Here there are 4 base pairs which are recognised by the restriction enzyme. Position 1 having exact same base chances are 1/4. Position 2 having same base chances also 1/4..... so on. So after 256 base pairs the exact sequence will come in that DNA, theoretically.
