Time management is very much important in IIT JAM. The eduncle test series for IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics helped me a lot in this portion. I am very thankful to the test series I bought from eduncle.

Placer deposits is a type of mechanical concentration deposit. It results due to density contrast if high density ore mineral and low density sediments. Eluvial placers- Placer deposits where materials are very less transported i.e. nearer to the source area. Diluvial placers- A kind of placer deposit where heavy ore minerals are concentrated on below slope region. Generally occur in talus/scree deposits. Proluvial (Coluvial) placer- Placer deposit formed by gravity actions. Generally found below the mountain slopes. Alluvial placers- These type of placers are formed by fluvial processes. Ore minerals of high density transported along with sediments separat out because of higher density and form placer deposits.
