    C. Clay+sandstone gives less porosity (porous clay filled between sand causes porosity of the rock lesser than actual clay porosity) and permeability moderate . so less porous and less permeable are aquitard.

    Correct option would be (C). Massive granite (Or quartzite also) being a compact or massive rock do not have characteristic pores or void spaces and these formations are neither porous nor permeable.
