    When GCD{O(a),O(b)}=1 ,then O(ab) = LCM{O(a),O(b)}= O(a)O(b)

    you found an element which is of order 15 that implied it is cyclic.

    Because if GCD is not 1 then you won't get O(ab) = O(a).O(b(
