One of the proof that AlCl3 is covalent that it dimerimizes to complete its octet but AlF3 does not dimerimizes as it is ionic bond.

sir plz tell that is there any compound which is ideal covalent or ionic

    eduncle-logo-app

it's not possible tu compound is 100% covalent and hundred percent ionic.

if compound have high percentage covalent character then compound know as covalent compound another case ionic compound

No bond is completely ionic or covalent. A bond will be 100% ionic only when one of the bonded atoms completely takes the bonding electrons. This can only happen when one of the bonded atoms has zero electronegativity value. But no atom has zero eletronegativity. So bond can have 100% ionic character.
