Sir what are these subjective and objective means?

Questron 4760U Questioh. At the present times, earthquakes are normally measured by the modified Mercalli Scale. This scale determines the Subjective intensity of the earthquakes with the epicentre Objective intensity of the eartguakes vth the epicentre Subjective intensity of the earthguakKe Objective intensity of the earthquakes

    When we measure something by machine in a quantitative manner we call it as objective. When we describe something by means of qualitatively it's known as subjective. Actually the answer given here is wrong . Rociferrel and Mercalli scale are subjective parameter measure intensity . Richter scale is objective measure magnitude. Below table shows the description of like total damage ,all houses are collapses all descriptive parameter are Mercalli scale . Side Richter scale magnitude also given
