Nucleophilicity increases as the density of negative charge increases. An anion is always a better nucleophile than a neutral molecule, so the conjugate base is always a better nucleophile. A highly electronegative atom is a poor nucleophile because it is unwilling to share its electrons. In NaHS C.B is SH- where S is less EN so it is strong nucleophile

It may be treated as strong nucleophile as strong nucleophile are easily recognized by the presence of sodium, lithium and potassium counterions.
