but how can I be assured that the matrix with 13 zeros and 12 ones is indeed an invertible matrix?
4 linearly Independent row vectors are (1,0,1,0,1) ,(0,1,0,1,0),(1,1,1,0,0),(1,0,0,0,1) for construct the invertible matrix with minimum difference between number 1's and 0's ..then 5th Linearly Independent row vectors contain 12 or 13 1's amongst them....the 5th vector is (1,0,1,0,0) will complete your set and give you 5 Linearly Independent vectors ...
