Special theory of relativity
when a ball falls from a height H then its Total mechanical energy remains constant , but According to STR its total energy keeps increasing as E(total) = E(rest energy) + Kinetic energy , So why does both theory have different concepts of energy

because when particles travel with the velocity as compared to speed of light then its mass increases.. and kinetic energy is equal to mc2, as m increases their energies is also increases.
