    as u posted only solution so it is difficult to answer so correctly. by the solution I can only say that the given current is ac means sinosidal , and u know the graph of sine, it is maximum at T/4 where T is time period for one complete cycle . the statement in the question is time changes from peak to zero is T/4.. T
