    Answer is (D). During the start Na+ channel opens & so Influx of Na+ takes place. So outside becomes negative and inside positive. During Renaturation time K+ channel opens up & Efflux of k+ takes placem . Thus outside becomes positive & inside becomes negative again. This cycle continues in that way.
