    option D will not undergo decarboxlyation. As it is not a beta keto acid

    Option D doesn't undergo decarboxylation. Decarboxylation is undergone by β-keto acid D is not beta keto acid.

    option D Beta keto acid easily gives de carboxylation. here A, B, C are Beta keto Carboxylic acid so gives decarboxylation but D doesn't give decarboxylation. Reason - after decarboxylation carbanion is formed wich is stabilized by resonance in beta keto Carboxylic acid so these gives decarboxylation easily
