    Yes you are right. I got it completely wrong. The question says who removes the dead RBCs not in which organs does it dies. The removal of dead cells are mainly disposed off by Liver. So Liver should be the correct answer

    Answer is (D). Spleen is the organ where the dead RBCs are being removed. It is also known as the graveyard of RBCs.
