    You just have to use simple formula for net amount from mode value(in percentage) of the mineral multiplied with the respective component. Amount of SiO2=[(45×34)+(35×55) +(20×58)]/100 Amount of SiO2 in rock(in%) = 4615/100= 46.15%. So answer is = 46.15(upto two decimal place)
