    Option (c) is correct, for vector being orthogonal ,their dot product has to be zero. only option c satisfy it.

    orthogonal means perpendicular. we know that if dot product of two vectors is zero then they are said to be perpendicular or orthogonal. now in the question dot product of ai^+bj^ with -bi^+aj^ is zero. Hence they are orthogonal or perpendicular. Hence C is the answer
