There isn't any major difference between the two because they both results from thr frost action which leads to the breaking or one can say the rocks get shattered in pieces or in a boulder that results in blockfield Or the field that is characterize by the ample boulders lying in the vicinity. You can also notice one thing given in the books related to frost weathering, that felsenmeer is also a term that is somewhat related to this and it can also be defined as exposed rock surfaces that have been quickly broken up by frost action and that probably leads to the burial of the rock. kindly see the attached image below to have a deeper insight and more clarification. Image (1) -- is your blockmeer, as you can see clearly the colossal number of angular chunks of rocks or boulders that are lying there with some chemical weathering that turned them into some green pigments or any deposition of chemical sediments. Image(2) -- is your blockfield ,like I think it's a common deposition type that we all have seen in some forests or any area that has waterfall very close it. But I'm not surely relating this angular or subrounded deposition with the waterfall, it's just an example like we have seen either in person or in movies. Hope my answer was enough to clear your doubt regarding this topic.
