    Answer is (D). The last stage of Spermatozoa formation is Spermiogenesis. This involves maturation which takes place under the influence of testosterone, which removes the remaining unnecessary cytoplasm and organelles.  So it takes places through the process of differentiation. As differentiation means specialising the cell to its soecific function. So the Spermatozoas are specialized cells.
