Time management is very much important in IIT JAM. The eduncle test series for IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics helped me a lot in this portion. I am very thankful to the test series I bought from eduncle.

C14 is least important for determining the age of precambrian rocks. Precambrian rocks are older than 550 million years and half life of C14 is around 5700 years. After 550 million years the amount of remaining parent isotope of C14 will be insignificant. That's why C14 can not be used to date precambrian rocks. The other isotopes given in the question have large half lifes and hence can be used to date precambrian rocks.
