we know that nucleophilicity of an alkene can be increased by ERG so in the presence of groups having +I, +H and +M rate of electrocyclic addition increase. here in the option A there is a EWG and it is in conjunction with alkene (-R) so it is least reactive alkene

so electrophilicity of electrophile increase, rate of electrocyclic addition increase and nucleophilicity of alkene increase increase, rate of electrophilic addition increase.

option A is correct,. Reshav do you know alkene gives electrophilic addition reaction right?? that means electrophile attack on alkene. and we know that electrophile is an electron deficient species so it will attack on the site which is electron rich so alkene behave as nucleophile

Alkenes are eletron rich due to pi bond. Eletron donating group increase it's eletron density & hence it's reactivity increase.
