The limit of the function exists at x=0 or not? if yes then the answer should be d no?

I know that at x=e this function attains an extrema. But the limit of the function exists at x=0 or not? If yes then the answer should be d no? Please elaborate

    this function does not have minimum value at any point. Here I am attaching the solution the the qus plz check.
