    Hello there, correct answer is option (A). MAMS are Mitochondria-associated- ER- Membrane. These are the regions which mediate the communication between ER and mitochondria. These membranes participate in various biological functions like lipid homeostasis, calcium homeostasis, autophagy and inflammation etc. Hope this answers your query.
