    C) 2>3>1. Solvolysis is a pseudo first order reaction and proceed by formation of carbocation. so rate of solvolysis depend on stability of carbocation. In 2nd we have tertiary carbocation, in 3rd we have secondary carbocation and in 1st we have Carbocation on sp2 hybrid carbon. Hence order of stability is 2>3>1 and same is order of solvolysis 2>3>1
