    AGTCACXTGC select the base pair having most frequency should be considered at than position.

    There are 10 base pairs and dba have 4 bases so u have to find the maximum no. of binding sites of bases . maximum binding means repeated then u got the consensus sequence. so the consenses sequence is AGTCACNTGC
