    As wind turbine is rotating, but wind speed is in specific direction. So at different points, the relative speeds will be different. At point when turbine is moving in same direction as wind, its speed will be = । true wind speed - turbine speed। =। 30*pie - 10। The point where they both are in opposite direction, its speed will be = । true wind speed + turbine speed। =। 30*pie + 10।
