    Answer is (A). A class of spermicides (used for contraception) inhibits the flagellar motion of the sperm thereby preventing it from swimming towards the egg. This is achieved by inhibiting the motor protein dynein because the dynein protein present in sperm is necessary for the transport of male DNA to the egg and activation of chemotaxis at fertilization.
