Treatment of intact mitochondria with an uncoupler, such as 2,4-dinitrophenol , in the presence of ADP, Pi, succinate and oxygen would have which of the effect on the rate of electron transport and ATP synthesis? (+ = stimulate;0 =no effect; - = inhibition) option are following: (a) rate of electron transport (+) ;rate of ATP synthesis (+) (b) rate of electron transport (-) ;rate of ATP synthesis (-) (c) rate of electron transport (+) ;rate of ATP synthesis (-) (d) rate of electron transport (-) ;rate of ATP synthesis (+)
