UGC NET Social Work: Eligibility Criteria!


UGC NET exam guidelines decide that whether the aspirant is eligible or not to apply for the exam.


Aspirants have to deal with the following points to check their UGC NET Eligibility.


Masters’ in Social Work or related subjects with minimum 55% (For General) and 50% (For OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgender).

Ph.D. Degree Holders who have completed PG before 19th Sept 1991 have 5% relaxation in aggregate percentage.

For NET JRF, their age must not exceed 30 years (For General). OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Female/Transgender candidates get the relaxation of 5 years.

To appear for Assistant Professor, there are no such age limit criteria.



UGC NET Social Work Exam Pattern and Syllabus for June 2020 Exam!
