    Dear Reshav,here change in entropy of universe is Zero as the process is given reversible and in reversible process the surrounding goes equal and oppposite change as the system { dS of system = -dS of surrounding}...So option A is correct...If the given process is irreversible then you can calculate entropy by following the solution which i attached below👇
