    Answer: No. of phases = 4 According to Phase rule: F = C - P + 2 Where, F = Degree of freedom, C = No. of Components, P = No. of phases Given, C= 3 and, F = 1 Putting these values inside the formula; 1 = 3 - P + 2 i.e., P = 4
