A non-bonding orbital, also known as non-bonding molecular orbital (NBMO), is a molecular orbital whose occupation by electrons neither increases nor decreases the bond order between the involved atoms... So 1s orbitals generally doesnt change B.O..so it will constitutes Non bonding MOs generally represented as KK

An antibonding orbital is a type of molecular orbital that weakens the bond between two atoms and helps to raise the energy of the molecule relative to the separated atoms. Such an orbital has one or more nodes in the bonding region between the nuclei. 3. A non-bonding orbital (NBMO) is a molecular orbital for which the addition or removal of an electron does not change the energy of the molecule. Molecular orbitals come from the linear combination of atomic orbitals.

Since orbital is considered as wave molecular orbital theory. So non bonding orbital has two meaning. Either orbital don't undergo interference. Due to symmetry mismatch or energy gap.
2nd one is that in your example such as 1s undergo interference. There is equal constructive & destructive interference of 1s leading to bonding & non bonding orbital
sigma 1s and sigma 1s*.
