what is expected rank for get iit bhu physics . what is chance for 500 rank

    last year, around rank 400 for general so this time may be rank +-50 up and down from the last year's cutoff. Now so many new IIT's has open, some are also good.be careful when u fill u priority list at the tym of councelling . all the best dear.

    here is the final officaial cutoff list for last year , for gen opening is 273 and closing is 417 , and sequencely obc (open close) and Sc (open close ) .I think this time also this will remain same but there are other new IITs as well that have joined ( iit Mandi) which had its different selection process( through jam only) last year. this year may be it's combined in joint admission process , All the best

    I think , as the number of seats are increasing day by day in IITs and depending on the rank this may reach 475 max , but crossing 500 is difficult , but don't lose hope, other IITs are also equally good , it doesn't matter like very much ,if u get an iit with slight lower rank, IIT is IIT .why are you asking for specificcally BHU ? Also , let me tell one thing ,studies are almost same in every iit , right now I m in IIT bombay but some syllabus goes way better in iit gandhinagar and kgp. so it's really like , every IIT is same in academics.

    At this range of rank, the fluctuations in the cut-off rank is around -+50 ranks. last time it was around 470, so you can add upto 50 ranks ( i.e. 520 rank) it can be considered as safe rank. but it depends on how many have opted for iitbhu in their priorities. but there is a chance. you should fill it in your priority list in councelling. hope for the best. regards.
