What is order of acidic strength and why?

    you have rightly identified all the electronic effect shown by NO2 group at various position.. also -R and -I effect increases the acidity so ortho and para isomers should have highest acidity as both position -R and -I operates and at meta only inductive effect-I of NO2 group operates... phenol has least acidity here... and between ortho and para ortho has less acidity than para as due to intramolecular hydrogen bonding H+ release is not easier...so order should be 4>2>3>1

    sir in part (D) because of intramolecular H-bonding ortho isomer should have less inductive effect than p-isomer

    No, here first we will check resonance but due to H bonding resonance diminished so now we will compair acidiy by -I effect. less the distance more is the -I so ortho >para
