E1 reactions are regioselective and form two products depending on the position of double bond and base they form major and minor products. The major product is called the saytzef product, a more substituted alkene and the minor product is Hofmann product it is less substituted alkene ....same as markovnikov addition is also regioselective

you see in the mark addition the negative part of reagent attacks at more substituted carbon but whenperoxide comed it attacks at less substituted carbon in anti mark addition...this is regioselectivity

    eduncle-logo-app

it means the different positions where reactant attack this is diff for all reactions

    eduncle-logo-app

    it is correct na...?

    eduncle-logo-app

    yess

    eduncle-logo-app
