    A chain of two amino acids is shown with the three torsion angles phi, psi and omega indicated. While both the phi and psi angle have a high rotational freedom, the omega angle is locked in either the trans-state (180 degrees) or more rarely in the cis-state (10 degrees).

    so Sir if I consider each residue as a sheet then the angle between any two sheet will be 180° !
