    .In case of fluorophenol the H bonding is not much pronounced...So here you see acidity only by -I effect of fluorine as also we see generally inductive effect of halogen group.

    sir in the ortho positiin thare is a +R effect having intramoleculer hydrogen bonding than how it's strength is maximunm
