I think it has to be normal... As earth geological history has seen till now 4 magnetic chrons namely Gilbert, Gauss, Matuyama and Bruhness.... Out of which Gilbert and Matuyama were reversed magnetic chron and Gauss and Bruhness are normal magnetic chrons.... And as you can see Bruhness is the most recent magnetic chron (clearly closer to Pleistocene), so normal.

if we take magnetic needle, it always point toward north. means magnetic needle should be of opposite polarity than earth normal polarity

According to the convention, present magnetic polarity of Earth is considered as "Normal". Last magnetic reversal changed the magnetic polarity from reverse to normal. Normal polarity is where the magnetic north points (roughly) towards the geographic north pole of the Earth and vice versa.

    can you elaborate more sir.

The Earth's field has alternated between periods of normal polarity, in which the predominant direction of the field was the same as the present direction, and reverse polarity, in which it was the opposite. Normal polarity is where the magnetic north points (roughly) towards the geographic north pole.

but sir normal polarity me toh isne geography south side dikha rkha..

    with having normal polarity

The end of the magnet pointing north is the negative side of the magnet. The end of the magnet pointing south is the positive side of the magnet. So, in your figure, in normal polarity magnetic north (-ve) is coinciding with geographic north.
