What is the reason behind it that they both becomes zero?

    in a sphere at centre there are no free charges so charge density =0

    and if there is no free charge then D would be zero bcoz D only depends on free charge not on bound charge so D and E both would 0.

    D = €E means they have linear dependency. if E =0 most prabably D would be
