    Under the Payment of Gratuity Act 1972
            In case of seasonal establishment, the employee is said to be continuous service for any period of 1 year or 6 months, if he has actually worked for not less than 75% of the number of days.
            An employee is said to in continuous service for 1 year, if during the period of 12 calendar months, he has worked for 190 days in a Mine or 240 days in other cases.
