If you will get a rank in-between 100 to 120 then IIT Bombay sure. 200 rank will be the minimum cutoff for IIY ROORKEE

Securing rank below AIR-150 will be good enough for getting admission in top IITs such as IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur. For getting admission in IIT ISM and IIT Roorkee, you should secure rank below AIR-300 (For SC category). IIT Bombay is good for the subject knowledge and GATE exam. IIT ISM is good for placements. However, if you want to go for PhD then IIT Kharagpur is the best option.
