What solution of above question mean?

Example: What does it mean for a sequence (a,n-1 to not be Cauchy? Solution. A sequence {a,) is not a Cauchy sequence if there is a real number & > 0 such thal for all positive integers N there exist n, meN such that n, m2 N and a,- a< E.
