    Valine

Please explain on what basis is this answer correct?

    eduncle-logo-app

External amino acids should be polar, since it is a water soluble compound. so all other are polar except valine. This must be present internally, but not externally

    eduncle-logo-app

globular protein becomes soluble only when external amino acids interact with water molecules via their polar head groups.
