    read this, there was a mistake so i corrected it. it was inactive not active

    if molecule have odd number of double bonds or rings having different groups at both the terminal carbon atoms then it is optically inactive but it is geometrically active

    if molecule have a carbon have all the four groups or atoms different then it is optically active and known as chiral centre
