    B has more resonance energy than A as in case of B there is more conjugation. In A two benzene rings are separated by unsaturated ring so conjugation breaks.

    B has more resonance energy because both the benzene ring are attached with each other so resonance increase while in case of A, both the rings are separated so less conjunction
