Spinifex texture is the typical of Komatite rock. It is formed due to quenching or rapid cooling of the ultramafic lava(Komatite is the volcanic or extrusive rock and probably you can consider it as the equivalent of intrusive peridotite). So in all one can infer that it is composed of large dendritic or skeletal crystals of olivine(in MgO rich rocks). So , Spherulitic is the only texture (imposter😅) , and it can be understood as a mineral aggregates, found in rhyolitic rocks on a pronounced scale.

Spherulitic texture is interpreted as a consequence of limited nucleation of a phase at relatively widely spaced centers. There is no role of quenching in formation of spherulitic texture. All other textures (spinifex, skeletal and dendritic) can form as a result of rapid cooling or, quenching.
