Correct answer would be option (C). As it clear that dsDNA has 50% GC content so AT content Will be 50% also. As there would be equal number of A & T bases in the DNA molecule. So, now according to Number % A= T. But question has asked about mass. So Purine bases A & G has double Ring & has more weight than Pyrimidine bases. Thus , A has more Molecular weight than Thus A is more than T bases. Thus the answer is option C.

option C Explanation- As question indicating that Double stranded DNA contains 50% GC content. it must be contains 50% AT content in which 25% is A and 25% is T indicating that A=T. we know that mass of purine is always greater than pyrimidine as purine is double ring compound while pyrimidine is single ring compund. so A >T
