Time management is very much important in IIT JAM. The eduncle test series for IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics helped me a lot in this portion. I am very thankful to the test series I bought from eduncle.

ii,iii,v,vi,vii, viii follow hickel rule i.e., 4n+2 so these are aromatic
hi
yes
how second follows huckels rule as well as last one?
it is homoaromatic compound. A homoaromatic compound is defined as a compound that contains one or more sp3 hybridised carbon atom in a conjugated cycle . In order for the pi orbitals to overlap more effectively so as to close a loop the sp3 atoms are forced to lie almost vertically above the plane of the aromatic system When cyclooctatetraene is dissolved in acid ( concern.H2SO4) the H+ ion is added to one of the double bonded carbon to form homotropylium ion . In this spices aromatic sextet is spread over seven carbon atom as in tropylium ion . The eight carbon is sp3 carbon atom & it can't take part in aromaticity
according to huckels rula compound must be planar na so last wala aromatic nahi hona chahiye na?
yes, hoga... is case me peripheral resonance possible he. mean peripheral double bonds aromaticity show krege
ye special case he to apko concept alg se dhyan rkhna pdega is compound k liye
ohhkk
