    1.    Mary Parker Follett's Model : Mary Parker Follett, or the "Mother of Modern Management," believed that management was "the art of getting things done through people."
    2.    Kurt Lewin's Model : He concept of "change management" is a familiar one in most businesses today. But how businesses manage change (and how successful they are at it) varies enormously depending on the nature of the business, the change and the people involved.
