ans is B . bcz p53 basically help in the prevention of uncontrolled cell division or to stop the cell division. if in the p53 loss of function mutation occur then tha cell can arrested in G1 phase of cell cycle. if in the p53 gain of function mutation is occurring then the cell can not devide and cell is arrested at G1 phase of cell cycle

Option B is Correct. because if p53 mutated no G1 arrested so uncontroled division of cell (Cancer). therefore no increase in prospensity to arrest at G1.
