    option A electron donating groups ( groups having -R,-I,-H effect) increase the acidity of carboxylic acid. further more less the distance of EDG, more is the acidity. if distance is same then more the strength of EDG, more is the acidity

    Electron withdrawing group increases acidity....and +I effect of F>Br and inductive effect is distance dependent

    More is the distance less is the inductive effect..
