Which of the following is true about the fundamental rights under Indian Constitution ? (a) It is protected and enforced by the Constitution. (b) It can be changed by the common legislative process.     1 All the FR's are protected by Constitution of India trough the Right to Constitutional Remedies which empowers citizens to approach the Supreme Court of India to seek enforcement, or protection against infringement, of their Fundamental Rights.
    2 Article 32 provides a guaranteed remedy, in the form of a Fundamental Right itself, for enforcement of all the other Fundamental Rights, and the Supreme Court is designated as the protector of these rights by the Constitution.
    3 Any FR to be amended needs special majority not common process and that also should not be violating the basic structure of the constitution. FR's are mentioned between Article 12 to 35 only. 
    4 There are still some constitutional rights like right to vote under article 326 which is not FR and Right to Property under article 300A which is legal right.
